Since Governments have the primary responsibility to protect human rights, the Organisation along with the assistance of Government and NHRC provides assistance to the public such as expertise and technical advice to the general public and work in their efforts to promote and protect human rights. We also assist other entities with responsibility to protect human rights to fulfil their obligations and individuals to realize their rights.
